Serves 8
Ingredients
2 lbs ground pork
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 kosher salt
10 grinds black pepper
1 can pinto beans with juices
1 can red kidney beans with juices
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 28 oz can tomato sauce
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes with juices
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
*Fixings-shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips for dipping
Directions
Add ground pork, olive oil, salt and pepper to a cast iron skillet over medium heat and cook until pork is cooked through. Add cooked pork to a crock pot with all the other ingredients except the fixings. Cook on high for 4 hours. Serve with fixings!
