Ingredients
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce or coconut Aminos
- ¼ cup Olive Oil

2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ tsp Dried Oregano
- ¼ tsp Dried Marjoram
- ¼ tsp Dried Basil
- ¼ tsp Dried Thyme
- ¼ tsp Dried Rosemary
- ¼ tsp Dried sage
- ½ tsp Garlic powder or 2 cloves of crushed fresh garlic
- 1 tsp Sea salt

Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl
Pour the marinade into a one-gallon zip lock bag. Add the sirlon steaks, seal the bag, and move them around to coat well.
Marinate for at least 3 hours before grilling.
