Prepared for Wild Harmony Farm

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Wild Harmony Farm ground pork
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 grinds of black pepper
- 1 Chopped red onion
- 2 Diced cloves of garlic
Sauce
- 2 tsp of ground ginger
- 2 tbs of honey
- 2 tbs of coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 2 tbs of rice vinegar
- 2 tbs of peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
Romaine Lettuce
Chopped fresh lemongrass
Directions
Cook pork, red pepper, red onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat until the pork is cooked through (be sure to break up the ground pork while cooking with a wooden spoon). Add sauce ingredients and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the pork and sauce get married. Serve in romaine lettuce cups. Sprinkle with lemongrass. Serve immediately!
