Ingredients

- 4 Wild Harmony Farm chicken legs
- 2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 20 grinds of black pepper
- 2 Tbs. pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbs grainy mustard (dijon works too)
- 4 Granny Smith apples, sliced
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F. Salt and pepper the chicken on both sides. Mix maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl. Place chicken in a 9” x 13” casserole dish. Spoon the mustard mixture over the chicken. Add apples around the chicken. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer.
