Kim's Patty Melt

This recipe makes 1 patty melt
Ingredients 
1 burger from the 4 pack of ‘ground beef patties’ from @wildharmonyfarm 
2 pieces of white bread 
1/2 tsp ‘Secret Weapon Burger Seasoning’ @oceanstatepepperco 
6 pickle slices from my cookbook ‘A Time to Gather’ (taken from the ‘Pickled Veggies’ recipe and using cucumbers)-or bread and butter pickles work just fine!
2 slices of orange cheddar cheese 
Ketchup
Mayo
Olive oil spray
1 TBS butter 
Directions 
Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat and spray with olive oil spray. Add burger to pan and push down with spatula to flatten a bit. Top burger with burger seasoning. Cook for a few minutes until burger is browned on one side and flip. Cook for a couple of minutes more until burger is browned on the other side and cooked to medium rare (or however you like your burger). Top with cheese and place burger on one piece of white bread. Top burger with pickles, mayo and ketchup. Add other piece of white bread to the top of the burger. Add half of the butter to cast iron skillet and cook burger like a grilled cheese-flip when white bread is golden brown making sure to add the other piece of butter before flipping. Brown nicely on other side. Slice on the diagonal and serve immediately. Enjoy the most delicious patty melt you have ever indulged into!🍔💫
