Our pork is lovingly and humanely raised on pasture and certified organic from start to finish. Berkshires are known for outstanding flavor and marbling.

When you order a quarter hog from our farm, you get approximately 35 pounds of organic pastured pork, in the following cuts:

• Pork Chops: 5 packs  (2 chops/pk)
• Pork Shoulder Roast: 1 packs  (3lb/pk)
• Country Style Ribs: 2 packs  (2lb/pk)
• Spareribs: 1 packs  (~2lb/pk)
• Smoked Ham: 1 pack (~3-4lbs)
• Linked and Ground Sausage: 5 packs (1lb/pk)
• Ground Pork: 5 packs  (1lb/pk)
