Our pork is lovingly and humanely raised on pasture and certified organic from start to finish. Berkshires are known for outstanding flavor and marbling.
Pick up November 14th or 16th
Hogs will be ready for pickup Thursday, November 14th, 12pm - 3pm, and Saturday, November 16th, 9am - 12pm — come whichever day works better for you! We’ll send you a reminder email as the pickup day approaches, and you’ll come to our farm to pick up your pasture-raised pork order (366 C Victory Highway, Exeter, RI).
When you order a half hog from our farm, you get approximately 70 pounds of organic pastured pork, in the following cuts:
- Bacon: 7 packs (1lb/pk)
- Bacon Ends: 1 pack (~1lb)
- Pork Chops: 9 packs (2 chops/pk)
- Pork Shoulder Roast: 2 packs (3lb/pk)
- Country Style Ribs: 3 packs (2lb/pk)
- Spareribs: 2 packs (~2lb/pk)
- Smoked Hocks: 1 pack (~2-3lb)
- Smoked Hams: 1 pack (~5lb)
- Tenderloin: 1 pack (~1lb)
- Linked and Ground Sausage: 11 packs (1lb/pk)
- Ground Pork: 10 packs (1lb/pk)
