Farmers Ben and Rachael raise cows, chickens and pigs as close to the wild as possible. Their animals roam freely through acres of lush pastures dotted with wildflowers and thick woodlands. This is a very inspiring place and an equally beautiful spot to dine outdoors.

Chef Renee is a huge guest favorite, with a passion for whole animal butchery and charcuterie. Driven by curiosity, Renee is now adapting techniques traditionally used for land-based animals and applying them to fish: curing, dry aging, charcuterie, and utilizing what’s otherwise considered waste. Whenever Renee is involved, you can expect to enjoy a very creative and exciting meal.
