100 % Grass-Fed Parmesan Beef Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lbs 100% grass-fed ground beef @wildharmonyfarm
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 cup breadcrumbs of your choice
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 TBS olive oil
Olive oil spray
Directions
Heat oven to 425 F. Line a 9x13 rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed with olive oil. Mix all ingredients together (except olive oil spray) in a large bowl with hands. Roll into about 20 meatballs and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce. These are great over polenta or pasta or as is with a side salad and vegetable.
