Autumn Crockpot Pot Roast

Serves 3
Ingredients 
3.5 lbs. beef bone in chuck roast (frozen)Crockpot Pot Roast
1 tsp kosher salt
10 grinds black pepper
1 TBS dried onion
1 onion, sliced
2 cups broth (veggie or beef)
Directions 
Add all ingredients to a crockpot and turn on high for 5-7 hrs. Take meat out, shred and discard bones. Serve with your favorite sides, broth and onions.
