BBQ Pork Sammies

Serves 6

Ingredients

1 3lb pork center loin roast

1 18 oz bottle favorite BBQ sauce (I love Nature's Promise Honey Barbecue Sauce)

6 rolls

6 slices cheddar cheese

Directions

Put pork in crock pot on low for 6-8 hrs with half bottle of BBQ sauce. Take out, leaving bones and big fat pieces behind, and shred with fork. Add other half bottle of BBQ sauce and mix in with pork. Add slice of cheese to roll and top with BBQ pork. Enjoy!

*great with corn on cob and sliced tomatoes
