Beef Taco Salad

2 lbs. ground beef 
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne
Favorite cooked rice
Halved cherry tomatoes 
Chopped scallions
Sliced radishes
Chopped kale
Shredded cheese
Tortilla chips
Sour cream
Cook ground beef over medium heat with olive oil, salt and spices until cooked through. Add all ingredients to a bowl to make it look amazing! Add a mix of sour cream and guacamole to a plastic sandwich baggie and mush together to combine. Snip off corner and drizzle over taco bowl. Enjoy!
