Bone Broth

The benefits of bone broth are vast!

Research clearly states that homemade broths are the most reliable; you know the ingredients and what goes into making them.  Bone broth contains a beneficial amount of minerals and nutrients that are excellent for our bodies and overall health.

Many people have found relief from the following ailments using the bone broth that they make:

Improved gut health – boosting collagen production helps restore the thinning gastrointestinal tract that thins with aging.

Joint pain reduction – As bone broth is cooked, the collagen in the bones breaks down, creating gelatin. The amino acids in the gelatin support joint health.

Maintaining bone and muscle density – Collagen is one of the primary components of bones and muscles. As we age, our bones and muscles weaken. The collagen-rich broth is a good source to help build tissues, muscles, and bones.

Stress Reduction – the amino acid in collagen called glycine aids to inhibit stress, boost mental clarity, and promote sleep.

Healthy skin -  Bone broth collagen aids in the potential strengthening of the skin's elasticity, reducing signs of aging like wrinkles and crepey skin.
