Ginger and Sesame Steak Kabobs

Ingredients
Marinade
2 TBS coconut aminos
2 TBS worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 TBS pickled ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
Kabobs
2 lbs kabob or stew meat @wildharmonyfarm
2 peppers, chopped
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 small bag baby potatoes, cut into 1/3 inch slices
Skewers (I love metal ones)
Directions
Add meat and marinade ingredients to a gallon size plastic bag. Mix together by closing bag and shaking. Let bag hang out in fridge for 1 hour. Add meat, potatoes, peppers and onions to skewers. Heat outdoor grill to medium-low heat. Grill to perfection, making sure to flip a few times. Low and slow here folks! Enjoy!
