Grilled Steak and Baby Bella Mushroom Skewers

Serves 4



2lbs kabob/stew meat
16oz. baby bella mushrooms
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Garlic Butter

6 garlic cloves, minced
2tbs butter
2tsp chopped fresh parsley



Add steak and mushrooms to wooden skewers. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat outdoor grill to medium heat. Meanwhile, cook garlic and butter on stove in a pot over medium heat for 1 minute. Add parsley, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and stir-reserve for later. Cook skewers for about 3-6 minutes on each side, depending on how you like your meat cooked. Put on a platter. Drizzle garlic butter over the top. Let rest under a piece of foil for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
