Homemade Beef Italian Sausage

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef @wildharmonyfarm
2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Add all ingredients to a cast iron skillet. Turn stove to medium high heat. Use a wooden spoon to break up sausage-cook until sausage is browned.
*This sausage is great in lasagna, on pizza, topped on salads, on hot dogs, mixed in pasta dishes, in stuffed peppers, in stuffing, in soups and so much more!
