Maple Mustard Chicken Legs

Serves 4
Ingredients
4 chicken legs @wildharmonyfarm
2 tsp kosher salt
20 grinds black pepper
2 TBS pure maple syrup
2 TBS grainy mustard (dijon works too)
4 granny smith apples, sliced
Directions
Heat oven to 425 F. Salt and pepper chicken on both sides. Mix maple syrup and mustard in small bowl. Place chicken in a 9x13 casserole dish. Spoon mustard mixture over chicken. Add apples around chicken. Bake for about 45 minutes or until chicken reads 165 F on a meat thermometer. Enjoy immediately.
