Pork Chops with Garlic Parsley Butter

Serves 3


  • 3 pork chops
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions: Dry pork chops with paper towel. Sprinkle both sides of chops with salt and pepper. Add 1 TBS of butter to cast iron skillet set to medium heat. Once butter is melted and skillet is hot add chops. Cook for a few minutes until chops are golden brown on bottom. Flip. Add the other 3 TBS of butter, parsley and garlic to an open spot in skillet. Cook until chops are golden on other side and cooked to liking. Spoon garlic parsley butter on top of chop and serve. *please be mindful of allergies to any ingredients
