Pork Pie (makes 2 pies/each pie serves 6-8)

Ingredients
2lbs ground pork
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup water
1 cup mashed potatoes
2 pastries for pie crusts (top and bottom for 2 pies...4 total)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine pork, onions, salt, pepper, cinnamon, cloves and water in skillet. Cook over medium/medium-low heat for 20 minutes while breaking up pork. Add mashed potatoes and cook for a few more minutes. Prepare 2 pies. Add half of the filling to one pie and half to the other pie. Top each pie with pie pastry and cut a slit in tops. Bake for about 30 minutes or until pie is nice and golden. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Ketchup is delicious with this!
