Pork Stir Fry with Broccoli, Ginger & Garlic

Serves 6
Ingredients
1 lb pork stir fry, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 small heads broccoli, chopped
1 head garlic, chopped
1 big piece of ginger, chopped or minced depending on your liking
1 TBS toasted sesame oil
1 tsp salt
15 grinds black pepper
2 cups uncooked brown rice, cooked
Directions
Add garlic, ginger, pork, salt, pepper and oil to large cast iron skillet and cook until pork is almost cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 5 more minutes. Add cooked rice to a plate and top with pork mixture.
*if you'd like add a little soy sauce.
