Simple Roasted Chicken

  • One 5lb (ish) chicken
  • 2 TBS Ocean State Pepper Co 'Clucking Awesome' spice
  • 1 stick butter

Directions Set oven to 450 F. Rinse and dry chicken with paper towel. Add chicken breast side up to dutch oven. Cover in spices. Drizzle butter over top of chicken. Bake for 1 hour with lid on and 30 minutes with lid off or until internal temperature reaches 165 in thigh. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. *please be mindful of allergies to any ingredients
