Homemade Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
Pan juices from cooked turkey
(you can also boil turkey giblets for 1.5 hours and strain to make broth to add to this recipe)
4 TBS butter
1/2 cup flour
**additional flour will be needed if the broth is added
Directions
Over medium heat melt butter in skillet. Whisk in flour to create a roux (flour and fat cooked together to thicken sauces). Slowly whisk in pan juices. Keep whisking over medium heat until a gravy is born. Serve with turkey.
