Sweet n Sticky Wings

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/8 cup rice vinegar

1/2 tsp ginger powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup honey

1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

2lbs wings


In a large bowl whisk marinade ingredients together. Add wings to a gallon size ziplok bag with marinade. Mix all together by massaging wings in bag with marinade. Place in refrigerator for 6-12 hrs. When ready to cook heat oven to 400 F. Cover a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place a cooling rack on top of baking sheet. Take wings out of bag and place on cooling rack. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip and bake for 20 more minutes. While wings are cooking whisk all sauce ingredients together in a big bowl. After wings cook put broiler on high and broil wings for a couple of minutes until crispy on each side. Be careful not to burn-watch closely with oven door open. Take wings out and put them in bowl with sauce to coat. Mix well. Serve hot!
