Wicked Easy Crockpot Wings

5 lbs. chicken wings @wildharmonyfarm 
1 1/4 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1 TBS ginger (ground)
1 TBS garlic powder
Separate drumette from wingette (you can also snip off tip if desired). Add wings to crockpot. In a medium size bowl add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together. Pour over wings. Cook on high for 2-3 hrs. or low for 4-5 hrs. or until wings are tender and almost falling off bone.
