Ingredients: pork, water, salt, brown sugar, celery powder, (natural nitrites), (sea salt, silicon dioxide anti-caking), cherry powder, (sea salt, silicon dioxide - caking), sugar no nitrates or nitrates added, except for those naturally occurring in celery powder and sea salt.

The pork to produce our bacon is organic. The ingredients added by the butcher are not. Therefore, this product is not labeled organic.
