Pork Chops

Each month receive one package of our (famous) center or rib pork chops.

Grill them, pan-fry them, bake them...You really can't go wrong. 

Different Kinds of Chop Depending on which exact section of the loin the chop is cut from, it may look a bit different, but they are all equally delicious. You will receive a variety of loin chops and rib chops. Both have incredible dark meat, a signature of Berkshire pork, and beautiful marbling of healthy flavorful fat.
