- Rub chops with Creole seasoning
- Small chops: Pan fry in a cast iron skillet until cooked through (3 minutes per side)
- Large chops: Sear in a cast iron skillet and bake in the oven at 400F degrees for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with roasted sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes and green beans or roasted carrots.
