Pork Shoulder Roast (bone-in)

This delicious roast is perfect for slow-cooking.

We like to cook it in the crock pot with a little apple-cider vinegar and maple syrup. It will shred with a fork when it's done. Once you've pulled it all apart, add your favorite BBQ sauce. Holy Moly!!
