Different Kinds of Chop Depending on which exact section of the loin the chop is cut from, it may look a bit different, but they are all equally delicious. You will receive a variety of loin chops and rib chops. Both have incredible dark meat, a signature of Berkshire pork, and beautiful marbling of healthy flavorful fat.

Try this recipe for dinner!
- Rub chops with Creole seasoning
- Small chops: Pan fry in a cast iron skillet until cooked through
- Large chops: Sear in a cast iron skillet and bake in the oven at 400F degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with roasted sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes and green beans or roasted carrots.
