Every pack contains two chops! Sold frozen.

This is Danielle's favorite dinner!
- Rub chops with Creole seasoning
- Small chops: Pan fry in cast iron skillet until cooked through
Large chops: Sear in cast iron skillet and then bake in oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with roasted sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes and green beans or roasted carrots.
